This Balsamic, from Modena Italy, is aged to perfection in several different types of wood barrels.
This aging process produces an incredibly rich, dark balsamic with complex flavors.
One taste and you will never want to be without it. Use it on ice cream, drizzle it on cheeses, drizzle on fruit. One of my favorites is drizzled on melon wrapped in prosciutto.
This balsamic was specially crafted for Olive-n-Grape, so you can expect something wonderful.
It contains 90%, or better, grape must. In short it is “Senza PARI” (Without Equal).
