Crostini is something you can buy, but it’s better fresh, super easy to make and I think everyone should know how. It you need to impress a guest, this is an easy way to do it!

Watch your baking time. Mine take about 6 minutes in the oven, my sister-in-law made these, but her oven took almost 10 minutes. Aim for golden.

You can use lots of different olive oils for this, but Italian Herb or Garlic is classic.

Top with bruschetta, pesto, cheeses, or serve on the side of soups. These are great for appetizers and sides.

Toasted Crostini

  • 1 long baguette
  • 1/4 cup Italian Herb Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tbspĀ Italian Table BlendĀ spices

Slice the baguette into thin slices. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices.

Bake until golden brown. 5-8 minutes.
