This oil is obtained only from olives of the Gentile di Chieti variety. The green colored oil has a medium intensity fruitiness. The taste has a hint of fresh grass and artichoke, delicate on the palate. It is elegant with the right harmony of bitter and spicy. Recommended on cheeses, soups and vegetables.
