Casa Ligarò VERDONE Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Origin: Calabria, Italy
This Italian extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the first cold pressing of olives grown in a 50 year old family orchard in the hills and Piedmont of Catanzaro that are picked in September when the olive is still green and not quite ripe. This gives the oil a very rich, fruity, and slightly bitter taste with a very peppery finish.
